On-line Reservation

• Internet reservation available 2 months prior to the date of departure.
  Ticket available upon completion of payment at check in counter prior to boarding.(only accept Japanese yen)

• Internet reservation available till ‘7 days before the date of sailing, after the period please contact us by telephone.

• Send us filled up application form by e-mail, we will reply confirmation with reservation No.

• If any accompanied passenger, select number of person and click “Next”, appear application page to fill.(up to 10 persons)

• If your booking application arrives at our office beyond our working hours, e-mail confirmation will follow next working day.

• Our working hours, 09:00~17:00 (Monday-Friday).
  Saturday/Sunday/holidays closed.

• Change and/or cancel reservation must be made 5 days prior to sailing day either by telephone or e-mail.

• Student discount(10 percent)acceptable provide to presence certificate.

• Internet reservation for Shanghai/Japan also available, purchase ticket at SHANGHAI.

• Personal data on application form transmitted in SSL cipher system.

Ticket regulation

*Validity of tickets

Reservation and ticket are valid only for reserved sailing date.
Ticket can be used only by the passenger whose name is printed on it and is not transferable.
Passengers who miss a reserved sailing date cannot change to another Sailing date nor are for a refund of fare.

*Open tickets

Open ticket is good for one year from date of issue. Open ticket for round trip is available to be open only each one way if passenger need.
So please ask to office of Japan - China international ferry Co., Ltd.(JIFCO)

*Tickets refund

1.The passenger should apply for cancel of the ticket with paying the following charge.

• The 7 days before the ship's scheduled departure .・・・10 per cent of the passage fare shall be charged for cancel.
• After the above till 48 hours before the ship's departure …20 per cent of the passage.
• After the above till 24 hours before the ship's departure …30 per cent of the passage.
• However if less than 24 hours before the ship's departure ,NO refund of the ticket.

2.The passenger should apply for be refunded the ticket within two months after the ship's departure at the ticket office here the passenger purchased the ticket.

*Amendment of reservation

1.The ticket is valid for the specified voyage only.

2.If the passenger requires to alter the date and voyage of reservation till before 24 hours the ships scheduled departure ,may apply only once to endors the change-over to the next voyage within one month.
The passenger should pay 500 japanese yen for amendment fee.

*Alteration of class

1.Alteration of class is available only in case of alter to higher class with paying the balance of fares between those class. The above formality is available after boarding too at ships information counter.

*Lost of ticket

1.The passenger who lost the ticket should apply to take the renewal ticket in exchange for the certification of issuing ticket ,by the ticket office. The passenger should pay 20 per cent of the passage fare as the renewal ticket charge . After boarding the lost ticket is not available in any case.

*Notice

Passenger shall comply with government travel requirements, and arrive at the port terminal by 2 hours before ships sailing time for enough to complete departure procedures.
