About Booking

Passengers can book your ferry ticket 3 months in advance of the sailing date. Tickets are available when you pay the ticket at our check-in counter before boarding (cash payment only).

On-line booking may be available until 4 days before the sailing date. After the period, please call us to our office to book your ferry.

If any accompanied passengers, please select the number of companion(s) and click “Next” to fill in the required information. (Up to 10 persons can be entered on the online form.)

Please fill in and submit your booking form. You will receive a confirmation email directly after you’ve completed the booking process.

After you receive transactional email, we will email you to inform your booking number during our business hours: Monday through Friday between ９am and 5pm.

If you do not receive any emails into your email inbox, please check your Spam/Junk folder as it/they may have been placed in there.

The Change and/or cancellation of your booking must be made 4 days prior to the sailing date either by telephone or email.

You must present your valid student ID to get 10％ student discount.

We also offer a 10% ferry fare discount to passengers with a disability who provide written documentation of your disability at the ticket counter.

All information you submitted is encrypted using SSL to ensure safe transmission.
