Validity of Tickets

Once purchased, your ticket is valid only for the reserved sailing date. Changing the name on a ticket is NOT permitted as tickets are non-transferable. You can change your booking up to 24 hours before departure date. Changes are allowed only once. A change fee of 1,000 JPY will be charged for each ticket. You can change your booking to another one within 60 days before or after the originally scheduled departure date. Please note that refunds are not available for cancellations made within 24 hours of departure.Refund requests can be submitted online, and the applicable cancellation fee will be calculated based on the date the request is made.

Tickets Refund

10% cancellation fee charged if canceled 7 days or more before departure.
20% cancellation fee charged if less than 7 days and 48 hours before departure.
30% cancellation fee charged if less than 48 hours and 24 hours before departure.
No refunds will be given if less than 24 hours before departure.

The passenger should begin refund procedure within 90days after you request for the cancellation by telephone or email.

Rooms Upgrades

Rooms upgrade is available with paying the balance. You can apply for rooms upgrade either at our ferry check-in counter or at the information desk on board.
